WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once initiated, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

HOW DO I USE MY HIM GIFT CARD ONLINE?
HIM gift cards from The Card Network will need to be converted to a Timberland e-gift card.
USING THESE GIFT CARDS ONLINE
You can convert your gift card by using this link HIM gift card.There you will be prompted to provide information and select the amount you would like to convert, ranging from $30 to $100.
Once completed, your new e-gift card will be delivered to your nominated email address. At the same time the corresponding amount will be debited from your physical HIM gift card.

WHY CAN'T I CHECKOUT?

I'M HAVING A PAYMENT ISSUE
We recommend:

After a failed order attempt, and before reattempting to order, we suggest checking your email for an order confirmation, and your payment account for a transaction, to confirm the order wasn't successful.
If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve this issue, we recommend waiting a period of 24 hours, before attempting to order again.
I'M HAVING AN ADDRESS ISSUE
Our website has address validation to help avoid address mistakes and should be used where possible. We recommend entering your street address and suburb into the "address" field, allowing the website to display all matching results. Then select your address from the list provided.For apartment buildings, we recommend entering just the street address and suburb, omitting the unit number initially, before selecting your address inclusive of unit number from the list provided.
For business addresses, we recommend including the company name in after the street address has populated.
